Chinese noodle part2

* I want to correct exactly my last journal (20/feb).
Sorry for short of my express.

I ate Chinese noodles in salt soup.
This soup was made in fish, shrimp, shell, seaweed, and more seafoods.
There many seafoods are not ingredients but seafood broth.

（魚介類でダシをとり，塩で味付けしたラーメンと表現したかったのです．
ダシという訳を調べていたら"broth"という言葉が見つかったので使ってみました．）

Ingredients in the Chinese noodle are roasted pork fillet and bamboo shoots.

It is difficult to describe eastern foods on detail.
