Well, I'm not studying English for it's my first language, but I have a few ideas that might be able to help you!

You can try buying English books. Novels, storybooks! Textbooks are good, but I think something like a story will help you much more. Buy an English dictionary, too, if you don't already have one. If you ever come across a word in the book you're reading, look it up in your dictionary and try to memorize the spelling and meaning. Try using the new word you learn in a sentence. Use it whenever you get the chance to. Try posting those sentences here, when you can.

Another thing I think might help is to make up your own conversation, in English, in your mind. Before bed or when you're home alone and have some free time. Talking to yourself sounds a little wacky, but that's what I do to study Japanese XD
