I use listen to music or the radio while I am working. If I am doing something that needs attention and I have to be concentrated on it, I prefer listen to music, because it doesn't distract me.
On the other hand, if I am only running test sequences or filling in the documentation, which it is very authomatic and bored, I like listen to some radio programmes.
In order to take the most of this time, I've decided to listen English programmes to improve my listening, so I would be glad if you can advise me any online English radio.

I listen to podcasts sometimes to improve my English listening.

I had another favorite podcast, which was very funny, but unfortunately it's finished already. It's kind of hard to find a good and funny podcast, but I think podcast is very useful.
