Dialect & Standard Language

There seems to be dialects in every country.
I was born in Taiwan. I can speak Taiwanese.
(or)I can speak the Taiwanese language.
Probably only a few Chinese friends can understand it when I speak Taiwanese.
（or) Probably only a few Chinese friends of mine understand it when I speak Taiwanese.
(or)Only a few Chinese friends can probably understand me when I speak Taiwanese.
There are so many Chinese dialects.
However, not everybody can understand them.
The Chinese people talk using standard Chinese(= Mandarin）.
I love learning languages, but I usually learn the standard language for foreign languages.
