Hi everyone, first of all, I ' d like to introduce myself. My name is Hiroki. I am current in the fourth year in my unversity and will enter graduateschool of the same university next month. ( In Japan, the beggining of semester starts from April)
Today, I went to private company to take part-time job training, where I will teach junior high school students Japanese and history. In the training, candidates have to show their lesson in front of trainer, and the trainer gives us some advice. Althogh I have the experience of making man-to-man lesson, this is my first time to perform my lesson in front of a lot of people. And I was very norvous and couldn't do a good lesson.
Is there any advice to show the one's best performance in front of many people?

I'm an English teacher and sometimes I teach groups of 20 students.

My advice: Be as silly as you want to be. You are not the same person inside the classroom as you are outside the classroom.

In my classroom I sing and dance :D but outside...I rarely do this :P

Good luck
