My anxious feeling

I am facing a worry feeling.
I'm gonna teaching training next week.
I worry whether I can communicate with others, speak English with ALT, and endure this time.
This is because I was lazy till now in the work place...
My actuel job is very easy for me.
Nobody surveille us so we were doing routin work taking a lot.
I forgot severe days when I was working at a big entreprise.
