今度のクリスマスに私は大阪へいきます。
ニュースによると日本がこの冬非常に冷たいえおうです。
友達も大阪へ行きたい。しかし、彼の妻は白いChirstmasを持ちたい。彼が航空券を買う前に雪がそこに降るかどうか知りたい。
このクリスマス大阪で雪が降ることがあるが教えてお願いします。

Sorry that I replied so late. I was having a flu and busy finishing my work before the holidays.
My friend has decided to go to Gifu and Nagano instead. I told him that it might be snowing in this area and the roads might get very slippery. But he insists on driving. I am just worried.
Anyway, thank you for your information again.
But most probably he will not listen to me.
Thank you again for your advice. I will remind him the danger and that he must use snow tires.
If he rent a car at where doesn't have much snow such as Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, the car will most probably be wearing normal tires not snow tires even in winter. If he rent a car with snow tires, he shouldn't fully count on them because snow tires are not perfect enough to prevent slipping. Even if it's not snowing, he should beware of icy road that is much slippery than snow covered road.
Anyway, have a good holidays in Japan!
