Do I Have To Go To See A Dermatologist?

I have had an itch on my cheek for a couple of days.
I assume it`s due to my new facial cleanser I have changed recently.
I`d better throw out the cleanser and buy new one.
I don`t like to go to see dermatologist but I should go there.
It`s a little bit awkward that someone observes my face.
What is worse, therapists manipulate the patients to buy additional
products such as soothing balms, facial cleansers, moisturizers.
I usually buy only a soothing balm besides prescriptive medicine.
Maybe, this time, I would buy a cleanser too.

I assume it`s due to my new facial cleanser I have changed switched to recently.
"Switch" sounds more natural to me. I guess it's because the ads usually use it. XD

I don`t like to go (This is not really necessary.) to see consult (You can use this.) a dermatologist but I should go there (see one). (You should have used this, but it is also not really needed.)
It`s a little bit awkward that someone observes is observing / is examining ("Examining" is more active than just "observing".) my face.

I`m afraid if my skin condition will get worse as summer comes. ^^;;;
I usually use the phrase "see a doctor", but Jian corrected "go to see dermatologist".
If we omit "go", is it correct?
I agree with you, Jitan.
Anyway, take care Charlotte.
