My daughter NIuniu is 1 year old now. This morning when I dressed her and gave her a comb, she brushed her hair with the comb. How wonderful. I just combed her hair one time with that comb.
winni : Oh my lady Gaga, oh my God (2)

You may never imagine a girl who could wear and sing like that, extremely exposed and avant-garde. Lady Gaga becomes synonymous with the challenge to common tradition and moral. I’ve heard a few music of hers, which fill with rebellion. I also have watched one of her MTV shows by chance, and I have to say that she is really bold.
In China she is quite popular among young people, and many young girls fancy her. They like to say “Oh my lady Gaga” when they feel happy or sad, just like saying “oh my God”.
Lady Gaga once said “What I am doing now is to change the world drop by drop”. Yes, I think she did it, because at least she really affects the young’s world.

winni : Lady Kong (2)

Today a picture reminded me of one of my neighbors in my hometown, Lady Kong. I don’t know her exact name. How ridiculous, we have been neighbors for several decades, but I still don’t know her name yet.
She has been suffering many mishaps in her life. When she was only about 15 years old, she was forced to marry a man as a second wife, who was 20 years older than her. His first wife treated her badly. Lady Kong couldn’t get pregnancy, and people don’t know why. Some people said later that the first wife had put something bad into her daily food, and that caused it, but nobody cared about that at that moment. Because she couldn’t have a child, her husband also treated her coldly.
After The People’s Republic of China established, the governments asked those who have more than one wives to divorce with their concubines. Lady Kong had to leave his husband with nothing. Later the local government arranged the first wife’s two sons to be her sons. But most of time her adopted sons would rather stay with their own mother, and were reluctant to be with her. She has not married since then.
During the Culture Revolution of China, she had suffered a lot, because she had stored up many traditional books. She had never told me what she suffered at that time, but I thought she must feel ashame at those experiences.
After 1978’s, China launched reform and open policy, the situation have changed. She had made Toufu to earn money to support her two adopted sons.
Later her sons got married respectively. But her daughter-in-laws treat her also badly. She had to take care of her grandchildren and did some farm work.
Now her grandchildren grow up, and her sons don’t need her anymore. She lives alone now. This New Year, I came back to my parents’ home and saw her digging her land alone, and her eyes were milky. I greeted her and she smiled shortly, and it seemed that she didn’t want to talk more. She almost is more than 75 years now.
I remember that once she always liked to say “People are born to suffer pains”.
I hope one day she will not suffer those anymore.

winni : It’s raining (2)

It’s raining now. I am looking out of the window. Flowers blossom under the rain and the gentle breeze is wafting the scent of them, so sweet and so cleaning. What a wonderful rain. It’s sneaking into the night and moistening the earth.
I hear a baby’s cry and his\her mum is comforting him\her with a lullaby. The world is so quiet. My eyes lost in the rain and my heart lost in the fragrantness.

winni : God’s answer (2)

Many people have been asking me over the last several thousands years how I created humans and this world, and why? I have been keeping silence over thousands years. Why? Sorry, I just took a nap, and I admit that another reason is because I actually don’t know why I created animals and the world. I was just so bored at the moment I created you. So I created all animals on a whim. You know when you feel boring you need something to play with or see something interesting. When humans came to the world, they were not different to other animals. In fact they were animals in my eyes. I remembered that before I fell sleep all animals got well along with each other. Of course, sometimes they fought each other when they were hungry, but that’s bearable. You know they just were animals and you can’t ask them more.
Today I woke up and found that things changed a lot. I can’t find some kinds of animals. I am sure that they were here before I slept. But now things changed completely. I have to figure out what happened. Oh, I feel a little dizzy. Why is it so hot? Should I put every thing back in right place? I don’t know. I have many things need to be thought of. Maybe I need a rest.
Anyway, before my rest I want to ask a question, and this question has been bothering me over several billions years. That is:
“If I created this world, who created me?”

winni : A farmer’s respond (1)

Use your employees as much as you can. Never feel guilty when they feel exhausted. Yes, “Animals need to work, and that is why they live in this world.” Those really are my words. I do believe that God creates our human is to let us help him manage this world. There are some creatures who are superior to others, and we human is such a kind of creature. I believe all animals’ lives are to work till they die, and that is their fate. Animals are born to be our workers and meat, and we are destined to be owner of theirs. God arranges this. That is why the world is so different.
Don’t let your employees have time to think, and just make work occupy every second of their lives. Thinking is the most horrible thing in the world. It’s said “thinking makes people painful”. I don’t like such a silly thing to disturb my animals, and I don’t want them to worry about too much during their working. They need to work peacefully. They need a peaceful mind, and that is good for their health.
By the way, I like meat that is from a working animal. You know it’s much more delicious. Wait, I have a good idea. I can paste a note on my pork with “ it’s from a working pig” when I sell it next time，and thus I can sell it with a higher price.

winni : A horse’s reply (0)

You decide the way your life is. Maybe you can’t decide when your life begins and ends, but at least you can decide how you live and with what kind of reviews to yourself and the world around you. The more you eat, the faster you are near to your death. You don’t know what exactly you were eating every day even at the last moment of your death. You never know how a plant grows, a flower blossoms and bears. You count your rest days at the corner of the pigsty under the gloomy light, waiting for your death. You eat people’s leftovers every day and are sleeping with your shit. Rats and flies are your frequent visitors. Do you think it’s a life?
Work as hard as you can, laziness leads to the failure of your life. Working makes you fresh every day. Animal need to work, and that is why we live in the world. That is my owner’s words. I completely agree with him. I do love to work. When I wake up in early morning, I feel energetic and have endless enthusiasm. I love to stretch my legs in the mill before the sun rises, and the smell of the corn fills in the air. I really enjoy this moment. After morning work I go to the nearby hill to have my breakfast. I love eating the grass with dews. While I enjoy my nature breakfast, I can also enjoy the sunrise. You never imagine how the sun gets rid of the mountain to show him in the sky. He encounters obstacles every day, but I have never heard of his complaining. You know, dark clouds and rain, they seem don’t like the sun. But I love him. I want to be an animal like him. Never give up and smile even though aching.
Yes, one day I will die, as the same as all the animals. Even through I have been working so hard in my entire life, I will still be the meat for my owner’s table. But I don’t regret. To be the meat is our animals’ fate, and I can’t be able to change it. But at least before I am the meat I know what the world around me is and who I am. That is what the life is.

winni : A pig’s thinking (0)

Eat as much as you can, because no body knows when the death will be coming. Most of the time, your life is controlled not by yourself, but by whose who you may know or may not. You’re just like a tiny dust of the earth, when the wind blows, you never know where you will be.
Enjoy your day, even though it’s raining. Take a shower in the rain, and it will wash away your yesterday’s dust and smell. Dancing and singing when the rain beats the earth.
Never complain your current situation, you deserve what you get. I once also wanted to be like a horse, hardworking and industrious, however I couldn’t do it. I don’t want to live laboriously. Living as a pig, to be yourself, is easier.
Yes, you may say that I trade my life for a leisure living. But who doesn’t do like that? Look at my neighbor, brown horse, what do you think he will get when he get older? Living in a retirement house? No, definitely not, he will be as the same as I am, being the meat of our owner’s. It’s a pity that he trades his life for a tough life, worse than me.

winni : Can we save ourselves? (0)

This year we have been suffering earthquakes, drought and storm, and the world is becoming warmer and warmer. Are all of those disasters the omen of the earth’s revenge? Look at what have we done to the earth.
1. Block blood vessels of the earth. We built many power stations in big rivers, and many places of storage dams’ bear ten billion ton weight more than before.
2. Cut lungs of the earth. We cut ca.13 millions hectare forest every year, the weather of the earth is becoming worse and worse.
3. Spray bad gas to the earth. We pollute plenty of CO2、CH4、N2O、HFCs、PFCs and SF6 every day, and the earth can hardly breath.
What we have done is more than we can list.
Now the earth is starting to revenge us. I know all the disasters we are suffering are the results of our actions. We gain what we seed. So no one is innocent from it. We have destroyed the earth desperately in order to get more fortune and material to meet our unlimited desire.
We maybe deserve to die to pay what we did, but how about our children, who are innocent.
I think it is time for us to say “sorry” and take some actions to change the things. We should revise that incorrectness, only that we human will have last hope to survive.

winni : A Prophet (0)

I watched a French movie called “A Prophet” yesterday. The movie lasted for two and a half hours. I finished watching it until PM11:30.
I think that this is one of the best movies I have ever seen this year. The director told us that how a shy and timid young man in a French prison became a leader of a gangsterdom. He didn’t tell us that what kind of reason led this young man into the prison. Maybe, I think, there is no need of any special reasons in current society, because everyone could be a prisoner in such a chaotic world. Even through our body are out of prisons, but we are actually in a bigger and invisible prison, and no body cpuld get rid of it.
This bigger prison is just like the prison that the actor and his friends and enemies lived in, and both of them looks like good on the surface, but they actually rot totally. In there, even an angel could be a monster. Money, power and possession prevail over everything, and morals, justice and fairness are shit.
Maybe the director wanted us at least to have a hope for our society, so he arranged the actor to take care of his friend’s wife and daughter from prison.
Love is the only hope for our world.

winni : Another farmer and another horse (1)

A black horse in the next barn of the swift horse heard that his neighbor was a swift horse. He sniffed, and he couldn’t understand why such a silly guy could be a swift horse. Before, he had always teased that little guy, and in fact he looked down upon him in the heart, because that silly guy didn’t know at all how to plow and do other farm work. Why people regarded him as a swift horse, the best horse in the country.
The more the black horse thought, the more he was resentful. He thought he should do something to prove that he was also the best one.
The next day when the master of the black horse’s opened the barn and was preparing to pull him, the horse rushed out of the barn suddenly. The farmer tried to stop him but failed.
In the next few days, the horse had been running desperately on the field, and nobody could persuade him to stop running.
Finally the farmer gave up stopping him, and he thought this horse might get crazy. One day he shot the horse with his hunting rifle.
The black horse died.

winni : The farmer and the horse- (0)

A farmer in a remote village got a horse by chance. One day when he was plowing his field with the horse, three men with big horses went by and stopped. One man cried out:” what a great horse! How beautiful it is. Looking at the color of its hair and the muscles of the legs. I think it maybe a swift horse.” Another one replied,”yes, I have been never seen such a good horse.” Then third one said:” it must be worth a lot”.
Then the first man got down from his horse and walked to the farmer, and said” Hi, Mr. Farmer, May I exchange my horse for your horse”, the farmer answered” Why? I don’t want to, and I think it’s a silly deal, because we both finally have one horse.” The man added” I will also give you ten pieces of silk additionally”. “No” the farmer refused” They are no use for me, because I don’t use silk, only rich people use them.”
The second man stepped up and said” I am willing to exchange your horse with my horse and a worthy jade. This jade is peculiar”. The farmer said” I have still no wife at all, so it is also no use for me”.
The third man said” I will give you my horse and a cock. I think the cock will be useful to you. He can wake you up every morning”. The farmer thought a second and said” that is a good idea. Ok, it’s done”.
Don’t expect those who have no ability to safeguard their own interest can take care of their friends and employee well.
Yesterday my husband, I and our friends had a trip to a small hill. The sun was shine and warm. The air was very fresh in the hill, and many peaches came into blossom. We were talking and playing under the flowers.
We had our lunch at a farmhouse by a river. The river was clear and sparkling under the sun. We ate a lot of fish of the river, and they were very delicious.
During the afternoon our several other friends of the city drove cars to join us. We were also boating on the river, and our hair was fanning in the breeze. What a wonderful day.

winni : The Pig and the Ox (0)

There were a Pig and an Ox on a farm. The Pig was very satisfied with his current life. He didn’t need to do anything at all every day, and the farmer gave him food as much as he could eat. When the weather was nice he usually had a walk outside of his pigsty. In general, he had a wonderful life here.
One day he saw the Ox came back to the farm after whole day’s work with an exhausting face, and he said to the Ox:” Hi, Ox, how poor you are. Life is really unfair. Look at me. I am so lucky and I need not to do anything as you do. Oh, it was poor to be an ox.”
Half a year later, the pig was killed for the Christmas by the farmer.
Watching the Pig’s body the Ox said:” The God is always fair. There is no free food in the world.”
Every thing that you got must be paid by your work, or by your life. Keep that in mind.

winni : The home security guards (1)

There was a building on a quiet street. The left apartment on the second floor was quiet. The hostess was being on a business trip, and she will come back several days later.
Was it really quiet in the apartment? Wait; there was a noisy in the living room. It was the furniture and fittings who were talking about how to protect their hostess’s home. They thought that it was a good chance to show their ability to protect her home.
The window said if a thief tried to get into the home through the window he would slapped his faces by the glass. The desk under the window said he would smash the thief’s legs if he dared to go ahead. The sofa said she would crash him into a flat cake with her fat body. The telephone said she would call polices to come and catch the thief. All of them were satisfied with their safeguard planning, and they were absolutely sure that they could guard their hostess’s home well.
Three days later, the hostess went home, and she found that the windows were open, her home was in a mess and her money and jewelry were gone. The furniture said when the thief went to the apartment they tried to intervene but they could do nothing because they could not move.
Never believe the promise of whose who has no ability to fulfill it.

winni : Heaven Island-The war-6(The end of this chapter) (0)

The war was over now, so some animals reminded the lion king that it was time to have their own fiefs which were once promised by him. The lion king said they would have them in the future, but not at that moment, because their enemy was still at the side of the island, and it was not sure that when they will fight back. So at present, the urgent things were to build the palace stronger as soon as possible and to set up a more powerful army. When the two things were settled, they would get what they should have, the king promised.
Because there were enough workers and wood the palace was completed one year later, and it was ahead of schedule.
The kingdom had a very powerful army, and it was dominated directly by the lion king.
Of course, the aliens had their fief which was big enough to hold a house and a little fence. They were forbidden to build a higher and stronger fence because it was difficult to get through the fence to rescue them when the chimpanzees intrude into the house from trees.
The bears made a big fortune with the honey business. They rent a big place that was about half a mountain to plant flowers and feed bees. But it was said that they sent flowers and honey everyday to the king and queen, so the king had already gave the whole mountain to them. But the bears denied it.
The wild dogs also had their own big lands respectively on the part of the chimpamzees’ before. The reason that their fiefs were so big was that they had to accommodate the king and his fellows when he inspected his territory there.
The king was very satisfied with his government. He was also brewing something new and wonderful to make his kingdom more beautiful and powerful.
(The end of the chapter of “The War”)
The king’s army employed such tactic to beat the chimpanzees soon, and finally they forced the chimpanzees to the seaside. The situation was not good for the chimpanzees because there was no tree. But they refused to put their hands up. They jumped into the sea and swam to a small islet which was not far away from the island.
The king’s soldiers found out the surviving muntjac, and at that time he was taking care about a wounded chimpanzee. The soldiers beat the chimpanzee to death immediately and hold the muntjac happily to see the king.
All the animals assembled around the big rock and celebrated their victory. The lion king put his left hand on the muntjac’s back and led him step on the rock. The lion king said with a big passion:
” All of you know this Mr. muntjac, The chimpanzees took him away and abused him badly. He was treated inhumanly. But now, Mr. muntjac, your are free and get back to your warm home, and nobody can hurt you. We won the war, and that is just a beginning. I will build a more powerful country to protect all my animals from getting hurt.
Some soldiers died in this war. They died for our kingdom and for their descendent, and it is a worthy death. They defended their honor and dignity with the blood. They will live in our heart forever.
Now the war is over and we will live peacefully. This war tells us that we are undefeatable. We will live freely on the island, and nobody can hurt us.”
When the lion king was speaking, the muntjac looked at the crowd panicky and his legs were shaking. “He must be nervous, because that is a big honor to be with the king standing on the rock”, some animals thought so.
(To be continued)

winni : Yesterday Once More (0)

"Yesterday Once More",This is a song of The Carpenters’. I have ever heard a piece of it, and yesterday I heard it from the beginning to the end. It was a little sad and reminiscent. Karen’s sound is a little magnetic, and it reached directly into my deep heart.
When I listened to her music, I felt relaxed and comfortable. As I closed my eyes and was hearing the music, her pretty image emerged in my brain, singing quietly and gazing at my eyes. Her hair was floating and her eyes were sparkling, she was so beautiful and charming. She held my hands and led me to somewhere. We came to a beautiful lake and were dancing by the lake. We were around by tall and green trees, and the air was fresh.
I was so close to nature, and I was so close to myself. I could not help crying, so happy, so sweet, and she smiled and was singing all the time, like an angle, walking on the surface of the lake.
The next morning the war began. The lion king headed all the animals and attacked the chimpanzees. The chimpanzees were confused by such an abrupt attack and running away。 Without any effort, the kingdom controlled the one-fourth of the chimpanzees’ territory.
After realized what happened, the chimpanzees swore to revenge and launched a big counterattack soon. They threw some pineapples and durians into the enemies from the tree, and a lot of soldiers of the lion king had hurt.
At least the army of the kingdom had to retreat to their own land where had plenty of open space because the trees were cut to be used for the construction material.
The lion king, enraged, ordered the monkeys to fight back. But because the chimpanzees outnumbered the monkeys and stronger than them, the monkeys were defeated within minutes.
The fox suggested that they could use stones to throw back with boards. The black monkey suggested that at the same time they could use thorns to keep the chimpanzees from the trees.
According the two’s idea, they collected a lot of stones and thorns. They put a board on each log and put a stone on the side of the board , then a muntjac jumped onto the another side of the board and the stone flied to the chimpanzees’ tree. Afterwards, the monkey climbed up the trees and put the thorns into the trees.
(To be continued)
The kingdom regarded the fence as a hatred attitude, but the king could do nothing, because the fence was on the opposite half of the island.
One day it was raining and blowing, and several of wood of the fence fell down and just hit a muntjac slave who was carrying a wood with another slave. The munjac died immediately, and the survivor ran away from the slavery land.
The next day the fox reported the accident to the lion king. The king ordered the dog brothers guarded the muntjac’s body, and then gathered all the animals to there. When all the animals arrived he carried the died’s body in his arm, and said with tears: Now one of our lovely fellows died, and he died due to the enemy’s conspiracy. The also captured his brother, and according to my information, he was suffering an unbearable torture. They envied us and wanted to destroy our palace which was our two-year’s achievement and full of our sweat and blood. We had treated them friendly. Look at it, how did they treat us.”
The king stood up, seeing the animals, and said loudly:
“We love peace, but they don’t want us live peacefully. Now they want war and they started the war. We have to fight back, for our fellows and for our honor.”
All the animals were agitated, especially the muntjacs, each of them was very angry as if they wanted to fight immediately.
The lion king asked:”Do you want to follow me”.
The animals answered unanimously:”yes, I do”.
(To be continued)
Last Friday and weekend, all of my colleagues and I went to Xichang city to enjoy our International Working Women’s day. We climbed up the Luoji Mountain with a telpher on Friday. The mountain peak is higher than 4000 meters and the scenery of the mountain was very beautiful. On the mountain it was cold and chilling, and several of my colleagues got cold there.
We were also walking along the Qiong Sea and boating on the sea during the Saturday’s afternoon. The sea was clear and sparkling under the sunshine. It seemed like a fairyland on the earth.

winni : No country for old men (0)

I watched an American movie yesterday evening, “No Country For Old Men”. It was breathtaking and horrible. I have never been shocked like this before by a movie. The killer was so horrible and cool-blooded, and when he was killing a person he was so calm and did not feel any guilt. He was like a ghost and a shadow around the innocent people, and he killed people anytime and anywhere he wanted. Even through he seemed like he had a silly principle, but in fact he had no any principle in his crucial killing, and he killed people just according to his own likes and dislikes.
Money, guns and drugs were full of the movie. People were chasing for money and killed people for money and quarreled for money and betrayed people for money. Money was the main reason to explain most of the people’s silly deed. But according to the movie money was not the only reason to explain why people killed each other; it was not the only reason to explain the chaotic world which was in a fury of bloodlust. There is another reason that you maybe never know clearly, that some people killed others by random, and maybe you can do nothing for it.
You maybe wonder how we will survive in such a crazy world. Who can help us, what we should do, and who should be responsible for it? This is a big question in front of all of us.
