The morning tea culture
My English diaries, all wrote in Chinese first and then translated into English.
I am a native of Guangzhou, locally born and bred. In here, morning tea culture has been being know by all parts of the country. Most people in Guangzhou like having morning tea, especially the elderly. Normally, we should get up early because of that there are so many people taking morning tea here that fairly hard to find a table. In spite of this, people are still crazy on morning tea. Apart from green tea or black tea, the restaurant usually prepare variety of refreshments and dimsum for guests. For example, there are fengzhua、shaomai、Chinese gold cake、Chinese roasted pork bun、rice noodle roll、shrimp dumpling、various congee and so on. Actually we like the way having morning tea with family or friends in our holidays. We often chat or read newspaper during morning tea, thus we will feel noisy and busy not that silence when we are in Cantonese restaurant, but this is the particular and most popular recreation in Canton. We usually say that ‘Yi Zhong Liang Jin’, or called ‘Dim Sum Depot’, it means a pot of tea and two dishes of dimsum. How casual!
In the past, all restaurants just serve morning tea. However, in recent years they also serve afternoon tea, even evening tea. You can take your tea from morning till evening if you want to, but first you should know which place provide the service. Hehe……..
The pictures above were all taken by me at Taotaojv restaurant of Guangzhou.

Morning tea culture or The morning tea culture of China
My English diaries are all written in Chinese first and then translated into English.
I am a native of Guangzhou, locally born and bred raised.
Morning tea culture is known all over the country. (By country, do you mean China or do you mean the countryside around Guangzhou? You could say, "Guangzhou's morning tea culture is known all over the country).
Most people in Guangzhou, especially the elderly, like to have morning tea. (I think "having" is also correct, but it sounds better to me to say "like to have")
Normally, we must get up early because so many people take morning tea here that it is fairly hard to find a table.
Despite this, people are still crazy about morning tea.
Apart from green tea or black tea, the restaurants usually prepare a variety of refreshments and dimsum for the guests.
Actually, we like having morning tea with family or friends during our holidays.
We usually say that ‘Yi Zhong Liang Jin’, or ‘Dim Sum Depot’, means a pot of tea and two dishes of dimsum.
In the past, restaurants just served morning tea.
You can take your tea from morning till evening if you want to, but first you should know which place provides the service.
