The e-mail for business

I enter to japanese trading company.
It is really hard to write a e-mail letter to foreigner.
Words,grammer,format, there is lot of thing to i have to learn and study.
So, i decided to write my diary to [lang-8].

Today is Sunday but i have to still work for my company.
but i believe that one day, i can use english so smoothly.
