I don`t like the exams

Tomorrow I will have a oral exam but I don`t have any idea what I can to talk.
I dont like the exams,especially when the exams are orale and in English.
I´m studing medicine and all the time I resolve the exams, I have a problem with this, when I need to resolve one I can´t because I´m very nervous.Hahaha, I don`t have any problems with my pacientes, I can talk with them and resolve their questions, I can review their clinical history and give a diagnostic. But when I take a sit and I need to reply a exam, upsss u_u!! I know nothing.
I should to visit a Psicologist, I think that the problem is with me. Maybe I have this problem because I want to do this perfect and instead of calm, just thinking about not having mistakes.
I only wish that my readers don´t have this problem
