この店の値段は日本料理ちょっと安いけど(*1)、もっと安いところがあります。
「日本料理ちょっと安いけど」は意味が分かりませんでした...
「日本より安い」のか「他の日本食のレストランより安い」のか、あるいはどちらでもないのか...
I couldn't understand your "日本料理ちょっと安いけど".
I thought two alternatives. One is "They are cheaper than Japanese one", and another is "They are cheaper than other restaurants."
Both may not be what you want to say.

フィリピンでの日本食事処レストランのメニュー※意味は分かりますが「で」は無い方が自然です。「日本食事処」でも分かりますが「日本食（nihonshoku)レストラン」の方が自然かと思います。
