卑言（下品な言葉）だと思います。英語はよくわかりませんが、辞書で"piece"を調べると確かに下品な言葉の意味がありますね。
I think that is a dirty word. I don't know English so much but I looked up "piece" with a dictionary. There is a dirty meaning in it.

ワンピース is from English words "one piece".
So I think here, it meant "one little piece ( a cute girl)" or
as he smacked her ass, it could mean "a nice piece of ass".
(actually it doesn't look nice to me though haha)
Either way, it translate badly though. ^^;
