Hans Coper Retrospective.
Is it my imagination, or what?
Yesterday, I felt that I was getting used to the summer hear, but I was overcome by the heat today.
Why?
Today, I went to Shiodome Museum with my friend to see Hans Coper Retrospective. Hans Coper (1920-1981) was one of the masters of British ceramics in the 20th century and I had learned about him on a TV program last week.
Literally speaking, I completely fell in love with his works.
Actually I saw his works in person, many pots, vases and the others were so tranquil, but powerful that I almost forgot myself.
My friend has learned how to make potteries for a long time, so she explained to me some details of his works and potteries.
I am happy to encounter his works, and now I can clearly image what I want to make. I could set a goal.:-)
