今週はモスクワにとても寒いです。先週も寒かったです。来週もきっと寒いでしょう。平均気温は２０度です(ゼロ・マイナス）。街にはたくさん雪が積もっています。雪がきれいですが、寒さが嫌いです。でも今日は明るく晴れた日でした。それはいい。

It's very cold in Moscow this week. It was also cold previous week, and I'm afraid it will be cold next week as well. Yeah, for sure. Average temperature is 20 degrees below zero. There's a lot of snow in the city. Snow is beautiful, but as for cold, I don't like it. But today was clear and sunny day, and that's good.

平均気温は、マイナス２０度です(ゼロ・マイナス）。⇒氷点下20度、零下20度ともいえますが、「マイナス20度」が一般的だと思います。
雪がはきれいですが、寒さが嫌いです。⇒「寒さが嫌いです」is good ,but 「寒いのは嫌いです」sounds more natural, to me.
でも今日は明るく晴れた日でました。
お国の天気はどうですか？⇒ is good, but i will say「あなたの国のお天気はどうですか？」「みなさんの国のお天気はどうですか？」
