I think that other people are great.
I especially am jealous of young people.
They can try anything.
私は他の人はすごいと思う
特に若者がうらやましい。
彼らは何でも挑戦します
What to do when I was young?
As the saying goes 『Time is money』
It was important for me.
I regret having been idle when I was young.
私は若いとき何をしていたのだろう？
諺に『時は金なり』とある
それは私にって重要だった
私は若いとき怠けていたことを後悔してます

I'm especially am jealous of young people.
What to do did I do when I was young? (What to do は「何をすべきか」という意味の名詞句になります：I don't know what to do. 私は何をしたらいいか分からない。)
As the saying goes, "Time is money." ( 『』は日本語でしか使われません。）
わたしも毎日をなんとなく過ごすほうなので、もっと時間を大切にしなければ、と思いました。
わあぁ～～い！！とってもうれしいです。
