Today, I made beef curry. It was heavy for lunch, but tasted awesome!

The main ingredients are beef, onions, potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms. First, I pealed and chopped the vegetables and cut the beef. Then I fried, drowned with water, and boiled them. Of course I neatly got rid of scum. Finally I put prepared curry roux and carefully boiled it a bit more not to let it burned.

It's done when you plate it with rice.

I'm not really sure what you meant by " got rid of a scum". Perhaps, that you threw
away the bad bits, would be a better way to say this - if that is what you meant.
