Hi, thank you for coming to my journal.

Now I have to prepare for a presentation about a result I had proven at my lab.
今、私は研究室でやった実験の結果についてのプレゼンテーションを準備しなければなりません。

My theme is to finding a new alkaloids from natural resources.
An alkaloid　is a general name of what contains nitrogen, 'N', and easily become medicines.

The presentation is going to take place March 12.
it is so far.
But this Friday, I have to do it for a practice.
I'm so nervous.

Are you good at presentation in public??

Good luck with both the practice and the real thing. I dislike giving presentations, but after a minute or so I am usually fine. I suppose I better get good at them myself since I'm in school to become a teacher where I'll be forced to be in front of a classroom. But, like anything else, the more you do something the easier it becomes.

Hey Masa. It's good that you're nervous: this is your body's way of gathering the energy and adrenaline it needs to do well. It's very common to get too nervous and have too much energy. This used to happen to me too! But the more often you present, the more comfortable you'll feel. And then you'll be able to harness that energy to give a great presentation. Good luck—and be sure to let us know how it turned out!
