My aims for July

Recently I have been being lazy. I guess I need some clear aims to go with days. I decided some aims, wrote down them on a sheet and put it on the wall.

1. Lose body weight from 72.7 kg to 71.0 kg.
Measures; Don't eat rice and noodles. Eat vegetables and fruits.
Don't eat anything after 8:00 PM.

2. Study English every day
Do shadowing; speak the sentences right after listening them.
Write a diary in English.

That's it. I hope I can achieve these goals well.

  • My aims for July....Goals rather than aims will be more appropriate...

Thank you so much as always, Sarahu and LJP! Thank you very much for finding my journal and correcting, Cameroon.
Sometimes I wonder whether I can improve speaking English because I don't feel it's been improved. I fell into despair. But your helps really encourages me to study English. I'll just do it.
