I'm writing something before I go to an English conversation
club in this afternoon.

Well, I went back to my hometown during Golden week.
I just relaxed at my parents home and I watched the movie
"Alice in Wonderland" with my friend.
That was the first time to watch a 3D movie.
To be honest, I don't care whether 2D or 3D movie.
The most important thing of the movies for me is its story
and music.
"Alice in Wonderland" is interesting and I became to want
reading "Alice in Wonderland" by Luis Carol(I don't know his
name's spelling) again after I watched it.
I wanted to go to Wonderland like Alice when I was a child :).

In my opinion, it is not good to be silence while we enjoy

to keep talking in English.
I'm going to join another English conversation club today :).

The day before yesterday I had a meeting and two telephone
conferences.
Although I wanted to go to a movie yesterday, I couldn't do that.
I'm busy and I have had a cold since last Sunday unfortunately :-(.
Besides my colleagues have had a cold, too.
We are coughing while we are working (><).
I can't wait for the holidays!

conversation club is very cheap.
We can't learn English conversation from either a proffessional
English teacher or native English speaker at English conversation
club.
However I think it is a good place to practice speaking English.
According to a website, many Japanese who study English join
English conversation club.
I would like to improve my listening and speaking English ability
through English conversation club.
Of course, I will keep writing my blog through Lang-8 to improve
my writing English ability :-).

He is very famous for not only an artist but aloso a professional
surfer and wind surfer.
I have seen him at his art exhibition one time and I could not
forget the impression on that day.
He looks much younger than his actual age and has a lot of
active energy.
I would like to see him again some day :-).

My favorite artist is Christian Riese Lassen.
He is famous for "Marine art".
He paints marine mammals like dolphins, whales, killer whales
and beautiful ocean views and so on.
I can feel that the nature is beautiful and the life is wonderful through
his works.
Attached picture is one of his work and title is "Dolphin symphony".
Of course it is not original picture, but my treasure :-).

So, I suffer from severe headache about once a month.
I can't do anything and have to be in my bed while I have a migraine :(.

I wanted to learn casual English and slang expressions before,
because it's cool as if I were a native English speaker.
However I changed my mind recently.
I found that it is more important for me to learn polite English.
The reason why I am not a kid and I have to use English on business.
I would like to speak polite English to communicate comfortably.
But I'm concerning whether to speak too respectable or unnatural
English.
I'm not a native English speaker, so I can't judge my English.
Could you be so kind as to correct my English?

"Oide-matsuri".
This festival is held once twenty years and it has nine hundred-
year-history.
This time is the 54th times(I mean we have held this festival 54
times).
So, we believe that those people can be happy if they can see
this festival three times in their life.
I have already seen this festival two times and I can be happy
if I see it again twenty years later.

The origin of this festival is that we pray for the safe of the sea
and a large catch of fishes because my hometown is located
near the Pasific Ocean.
So our main revenue has been fishery for a long time.
That's why it is very important to pray the safe of the ocean and
a large catch of fishes for the Gods.

You can see some traditional performing arts during this festival.
The performers in this festival have to practice at least one year
advance before the festival.
My brother played the Japanese drum this year.
Although I don't know accurate the number of participants, but
many people join and enjoy this festival.
If you want to see this festival, you have to come to my hometown
Choshi city TWENTY years later :-).

I've stayed my parent's home in my hometown during
this weekend.
I'm writing this post at my parent's home.
My cat is sleeping now next to me :).
I have not backed to my hometown since this Jan.
The reason why I came back to my hometown at this time
is a local festival will be held from tomorrow to next Monday.

than before.
A few years ago, I studied English with some texit books instead
of the Internet.
I used the Internet to just get some information, e-mail and so on,
but I did not study English with the Internet.
Of course, I still use texit books to study English as well as the
Internet.

The Internet has many good contents(include Lang-8) to study
English and most of them are free.
Besides it is updated and improved its contents day by day.
We are so lucky that we can use the Internet!
On the other hand, we should not forget the Internet can be
a terrible weapon to hurt people.
I would like to use the Internet to improve myself and help people.

Miyazima is the small island in Hiroshima prefecture.
It is famous for Itsukushima shrine.
Hvae you ever heard or seen Itsukushima shrine?
It is registered one of World Heritage Site.
You can see torii(gateway at the entrance to a shrine) standing
in the sea.
This torii is not buried in the seabed, but just stood on the seabed.
That's why you can see the bottom of the torii when low tide.
I've been wanting to visit here for a long time!
So, I was very happy that I could visit here with this trip :-)
Fortunatelly, the weather was very nice while I tripped to Hiroshima
and Miyazima :D.
Besides I happened to see a wedding ceremony at Itsukushima
shrine by chance.
This is one of Japanese wedding style.

I visited Hiroshima for sightseeing on Apr 3.
It was sunny, but it was cooler than I expected.
We ate "Hiroshima taste Okonomiyaki" for lunch.
It is different from Okonomiyaki we eat in Osaka.
Regarding Okonomiyaki in Hiroshima, we put some cabbage
and some Chinese noodles or udon on very thin Okonomiyaki
paste.
On the other hand, we mix some cabbage in Okonomiyaki
paste before we cook it on a iron plate.
And we don't add either Chinese noodles or udon in Osaka taste
Okonomiyaki.
This is big difference between Okonomiyaki in Hiroshima and
Osaka.
I can't decide which is better because I like both of them :).
You should compare both Okonomiyaki if you have chance
to come to Hiroshima and Osaka :D.

I will write about trip to Miyajima tomorrow ;-).

We were informed the result of the examination through
the internet today.
I was so happy when I found my examinee's number on the
screen.
Actually, I checked it again and again because I could not
believe it, but it was true.
My efforts bore fruit at last!!

I passed the lowest level of the examination at this time, so
I'm going to challenge higher level next time!

Tomorrow is the day entrance ceremony for our company.
I will have been working for 6 years at the company tomorrow.
6 years!!?
Actually, I was going to quit my job after I worked 3 years when
I had entered our company 6 years ago.
And I still want to leave our company.
Although I don't satisfied with my salary, I like my current job.
Because I can use English on my job and my colleagues and
my boss are very nice.
However I want to go to study abroad.
I've been to study abroad in Canada, but it was for only 1 week.
I would like to go to study abroad more than 1 year next time.
Studying abroad needs much money, so I have to save money
while I work and study English.
Frankly speaking, it is difficult for me to save money living alone
in Tokyo :(.
I must reconsider how to use money in order to save money
more effectively.
If you have some idea to save money, please let me know.

Oh......I found that this post is on a different topic now :P
Additionally, let me show you some Sakura pictures which
I took yeasterday in Kamakura city.

They have another beauty which Japanese castles does not have
even though I can't explain well.
I really want to visit there.
Last night, I watched the program that introduced Schonbrunn
Palace in Austria and Palace of Versailles.
I learned some new things through that program.
Firstly, I found that there is no corridor in palaces usually.
Each rooms adjoin without hallway in Palaces.
The king and queen's rooms are located from far away from
the entrance and lower servant's room are located more nearly
from the entrance.
Secondly, we can live in Schonbrunn palace if you pass a judgment.
According to the program, there are about 50 families live there now.
A man who was interviewed said "Although we have some ristricts
to live in this palace, I'm happy because I love the garden I can
see from here. ".
Thirdly, there is a picture which was painted Japanese armor in
the Hall of Mirrors.
It was a very tiny picture painted on the ceiling, but it must be
a Japanese armor.
I'm happy to see that I can feel the connection between Japan
and Palace of Versailles :).

Speaking of Versailles, there is a very famous manga "The Rose
of Verailles" in Japan.

The cherry blossoms are starting to bloom day by day.
I took attached pictures last year in Kamakura city.
I usually go to see cherry blossoms in Kamakura every year.
Because Kamakura is an old city where is located near Tokyo.
To be honest, I want to go to Kyoto in order to see cherry blossoms.
However it takes longer time and more expensive compared to go to
Kamakura from Tokyo.
I would like to enjoy cherry blossoms in an old city.

I've never seen his fiance, but she is a teacher at an
elementary school.
He looks sooooo happy( He said "I am the happiest guy
in the whole world) and loves his fiance ( He said "I am
going to get married an angel.)
We sent a card to celebrate their wedding to the charch
in Guam in secret.
I hope he will be surprised and more happy with the card :).
