Do I want to work in foreign country?

I have been dreaming to work in foreign country vaguely since I was child. Vulcanus program was a big chance to go out from Japan and work in foreign country. My motivation has already been ready to work foreign country through this program. But my language skill and computer skill have not been ready yet. Though now I am really interested in foreign company, I am afraid of taking an interview in English and working with shortage of my skill. I need more language skill and computer skill. But In Japan you need not knowledge of that field to get job, just you need high motivation and potential because of preparing very good environment for study after getting job. So should I work in Japan? Don’t I go away from a strict way? Where does all my dream go?

"My motivation has already been ready" did not make sense is a pity.
then how is "My motivation became high through this program."?
