They decided that In-company official language is "English".
At the moment, it causes inefficient.
But they think that it will make their potential higher and higher.
Many employees are Japanese, but the director Hiroshi Mikitani decided to change in-company official language from Japanese to English.
He said that world common language was "a POOR English".I agree too.
