The news is that 5th Ambassadors of Peace Network is held on April in Osaka.

Osaka is too far from Sendai.
Fortunately, I will go there on previous day.
If my condition is permitted, I would like to meet with my associates in Osaka.

The news is that 5th Ambassadors of Peace Network will be held on April in Osaka.
Fortunately, I will go there on a previous day. ~or "I will go there a day early" - more natural
