Zhu Zhu Pets
On Apr. 3, Japan Toysrus Company will start selling a toy "Zhu Zhu Pets."
"Zhu Zhu Pets" is a hamster pet toy which was a record-setting smash hit in North America last year.
That became a best-selling toy in a Christmas season in 2009 and many people stood in a long line all night to get it on Black Friday.
It's become a social phenomenon in America and it has been reported widely in the many media.
In 2010, this toy won Toy of the Year 2010; the most honorable award in the toy industry in America.
They launched an initial selling by subscription via online shopping on Mar. 1.
I wonder if it sells like hot cakes in Japan, too.
I think that this may be good fot the people who are not allowed to have pet hamster in a house, or the people who love hamsters but lazy to take care of them. :)
