Is " Even a Little Calf Counts" a saying? If so, what does that mean?
In my own way translating that into Korean is "심지어 어린 송아지 한마리도 셀줄 안다"
Can it be similar to "굼벵이도 구르는 재주가 있다."?

Please help me!

"even a Little Calf Counts" is not a saying that I know.
But... "every little bit counts" is a saying that I know that would have similar meaning.
It means, even if what you are doing or what happens seems small it can make a difference.

Thank your for your comment.
One more question. Is the translation right? The meaning of "count" in this sentence is the same as "calculate?

calculate because everything added together makes more everything counts because it adds together.
