today i did a test of english, and here is a mistake i did.

You are supposed to wear warmer. the phrase "supposed to" means what?

I chose b , because i think it might be a suggestion , but teacher said not...
is there a difference?

"may" is an option
what were the other choices?
And...
Does "be supposed to" mean a suggestion, too?
