Handwash is just soap. I think by Shaver you mean Shaving Cream, which is the stuff men put on their face to shave with. After-shave is a lotion or other liquid that men put on their face after shaving to ease stinging. Tissues are thin paper for wiping your nose. :)

Sweetcorn is just corn that is sweeter than normal corn. And lastly, a rock is a stone whereas a cliff is a ledge.
