「知りまへんでは あきまへん」

これはクリスタ長堀という大阪にある地下のショッピングセンターの写真です。この写真について質問があります。あの白い看板に「火の始末 知りまへんでは あきまへん」という言葉が書いてあります。この文はどういう意味ですか？言葉が一つずつ分かっていますが、文が分かりません。教えてくれませんか？
クリスタ長堀でトロイというアメリカ映画を買いました。この映画を日本語吹替え版で見るのが好きです。変ですか？（笑）

It's kind of difficult to understand the meaning of it, I think.
For example, "～まへん" in Osaka dialect means "～でない" in English.
So, 「知り+まへん＝知る+～でない＝知らない」
However, "あきまへん" itself is one of the Osaka dialect words which means "no", "impossible" or "unacceptable" in English.
That's why "火の始末 知りまへんでは あきまへん" means "It's not allowed to do without taking care of the fire you use." or " Make sure you put the fire you use out."
