Very cold

It still very cold Today too.I don't like winter because I'm not good at chilly.How long do I have to stand this cold climate.I hope weather gets mild early.But I'm allegic to grass pollen. so every early in the spring,I suffer from hay fever.It's very tough season for me.Could someone tell me a good measure which really works it.

It is still very cold Today too.
I don't like winter because I'm not good at can't put up with chilly. (good at は ～が上手だ、put up with は ～に耐える)
I hope weather gets mild earlyearlier.
