The hay fever season has already started again this year. I have hay fever. I'm having a runny nose and very itchy eyes. Yesterday before I left home for work, I took the medicine for hay fever. While I was driving my car , I was unusually-sleepy. So I was listening the music with my ipod. Then I was able to arrive my office.

I have a runny nose and very itchy eyes.
Yesterday before I left home for work, I took a medicine for hay fever.

Then I was able to arrive at my office. (This sentence sounds a little strange. Maybe, "Thanks to the iPod, I arrived safely at my office." ??)

I took a medicine today. I went to my office by train. I slept in the trains.
but I'm studying in Japan right now,
and my nose is going crazy.
I'm always sneezing!
