Today I read several diaries that are about they get sick.I think I have the responsity to remind you,my friends,to pay more attention to your health.Personly , I insisit the fact that health is the first. If you are sick ,you will miss a lot of things.In winter ,it is common for us to get cold,have fever,cough and so on.It makes you feel uncomfortable.I have a suggestion that you should drink more hot water,especially when you get cold. According to traditional Chinese medical science, hot water can driver the cold away. Also, it is known to all that we should drink 8 bottle of water. So it is active.In a word, we should drink more hot water.
