We are now busy to prepare for implementing a new logistic system. Our manager has cherished the idea of the new system for a long time, and she finally started undertaking the implementation. The implementation requires quite a lot of preparation. The software system needs to be revised, the work procedures must be readjusted, all the associates must be retrained and etc. In the general meeting, the manager emphasized the importance of the change repeatedly, because the new system is expected to improve efficiency and accuracy of our work. She also emphasized that whether the implementation would be successful or not totally depends on the commitment of each associate. At the same time, she appealed our cooperation and understanding for the change and told us not to be overtaken by skepticism. She also preached us the necessity to seek constantly for the ways to be more customer-orientated organization to stay competitive in the industry. Of course, some associates are skeptical about the change and want to stick with the current system. However, I share the same views with her, and I am ready to accept the new challenge.
