Premiums for the continuation of my wedding party

I bought some premiums for my weddding party which are a burning octopus machine and a small christmas tree.
Burning octopus is as known as Takoyaki in Japanese which is a local speciality of Osaka.
And the christmas tree will be displayed in front of the entrance gate of my wedding hall.Because it is near christmas day we will hold our wedding party on.
There are a lot of things left before the party such as making a DVD,attendance list,and more than 10 songs for BGM.
I have to spend time not only studying English but also preparations for the party.
