"xxxxx" SIM is the commercial establishment. Rising creators and mid-sized creators are gathering, and they build their own shops.

In this SIM, please note the following points.

･The use of the object that can be attacked is prohibited.
･Please refrain the use of the script with a high load. If the object load to SIM is obviously large, it might be returned without a previous notice.
･The ground part is basically used as commercial district. If you'd like to build house, please use the range between 200m and 300m in the air.
･The part of sea (innocent aquarium) is common land. Please don't use as business district.
･If you'd like to open club, cafe, and so on, please make an offer in advance. If the business is different from the previous offer, the objects might be returned.
･Please don't place the individual camp installation. It must be returned on sight.
･The mall part (open shop space) is lent per a week. Please pay and use rent for the rental box after confirming the empty display of the guide map. Participation in a special group is needed.
･The store site is lent per a month. Please select your choice of payment either L$ or bank account transfer beforehand. Daily payment isn't transacted. But if the date of starting renting is after 15th of month(the date in February is 14th), the cost is half of monthly rent.
