It is a rainy season in Japan.
日本は梅雨の季節です。
Japan's summer is hot and humid.
日本の夏は、とても暑くじめじめしています（湿気が多い）です。
It is not same climate as countries near the equator.
赤道付近の国のような気候ではありません。
When I travelled foreign countries, I always feel a difference of climate.
海外を旅行すると、いつも気候の違いを感じます。
I think climate affect to the people's thinking style.
私は、気候が人々の考え方に影響を及ぼしていると思います。
I think the people, who lived in a tropical climate area, are a cheerful.
熱帯地方に住んでいる人は元気いっぱい（陽気）だと思います。
At the other hand, the people who lived in cold climate area seems to be a painful.
一方、寒い地方の人々は我慢強いように見えます。
Foreign people said Japanease are kindly and hard worker.
外国人の人は日本人は親切で勤勉だとよく言います。
I wonder how do climate affect to Japanease.
気候は日本人にどのような影響を及ぼしているのか気になります。

It is now the rainy season in Japan. (I added "now" to show that it is happening now.)
Its climate is not the same as the countries near the equator. ("Its" = to show possession. So in this sentence, "Its" = Japan's summers' climate)
When I travelled to foreign countries, I always felt a difference in climate.
I think climate affects the way people think.
I think the people who lived in a tropical climate area are a cheerful.
On the other hand, the people who lived in cold climate areas seems to have preserverance. (I'm not too sure if 'preserverance' is what you're looking for - do you mean they don't easily give up?)
Foreign people have said (or 'say that') the Japanease are kindly and hard working.
I wonder how the climate affects Japanease people.
Do typhoons come in during the rainy season? x_x
