Snowboarding gear

I can't afford changing a snowboarding gear in this season.x(

Actually I don't need changing them, because I got injured in last February, so I didn't use them very much.

So I just bought a beanie and a facemask.
I found a nice one!

It is refreshed me in this season.

I would change the last two sentences, but I'm not sure how because it is unclear what "one" and "it" are referring to. Did you find a nice beanie or facemask? What is "it" in the last sentence?

I wouldn't use the word "refresh" I would probably say "Changing gear makes it easier for me"

Do you really have to change your gear every season?? o.o Like the actual BOARD, or just accessories?
