I went to dental clinic today. I dont't have any cavities, but the dentist said that it was better to remove dental plaque, so this was the third time to come there. At first, I thought that it was dull to go couple of times. But I changed my mind, because a cute asistant was there. Her voice is really soft and take care of me kindly. Unfortunately next is the last time for curing. That's too bad.

After got back home, when I was wring diary in lang-8, I realized that I didn't know how I can say the words "H" and "h". These are just a example, so "A" and "a" are the same I dont know how to say. Is "Big H" correct? Is "Small H" correct?

Yes, most people will understand what you mean. You could also say 'Capital H' for 'H' since it is a bit more common, but either way is fine in my opinion. 大丈夫です、頑張ります!
