I want to go to the hospital right away, but I thought if I had a flu, I have not to be infected to others. Therefore, I called the hospital to confirm how to receive medical. The nurse said ” Please just put on a mask." and I said " I understand."
And then, I went to the hospital with attaching a mask.
When I arrived at the hospital, I was immediately guided to the another room and examined the flu test.
As a result, I was not the flu, but the cold.
I was prescribed the medicine, then I was normal temperature the next day after taking it.

それから、マスクをつけて病院に行った。
病院に着いたらすぐに別室に案内されインフルエンザ検査を受けました。結果は、インフルエンザではなく風邪でした。
薬品を処方されて、それを飲んだら次の日には熱が下がりました。)
Huu, it's my pleasure of not being the flu.

I wanted to go to the hospital right away, but I thought that if I had a flu, I have not to be should not infected to others.
Therefore, I called the hospital to confirm for advice on how to receive seek medical treatment.
The nurse said advised, ” Please just put on a mask when coming to the hospital for treatment." and I said " I understand."
And then, I went to the hospital with attaching a mask on.
When I arrived at the hospital, I was immediately guided to the another a room and examined tested for the flu test. (To speak of "another" room, you must first have a "first" room, such that the second room can be introduced as "another" room.)
As a result, I was not the flu, but the cold. The test showed that I only had the cold, and not the flu.
I was prescribed the some medicine, then I was and my temperature returned to normal temperature the next day, after taking it I took the medicine.
Huu, it's my pleasure of not being I'm so glad that I wasn't down with the flu.
So I was wondering if/whether these were flu symptoms.
Phew, I'm glad it wasn't the flu. OR Phew, I'm glad I didn't have the flu.
"it's my pleasure" is usually used after someone thanks you, and you're saying that no, you don't need thanks, you're just happy to be able to do something for that someone.
I was prescribed some medicine, and after taking it, my temperature returned to normal the next day.
O.O Are all Japanese this considerate? Wah, this kind of people are so rare to me.
