I had a fever about 40 degrees last week.

My temperature returned to normal after I took some medicine.

I started a cough after my temperature returned to normal.

At first, I thought not to go to the hospital because I just had a cough.

But I went to the hospital because signs of stopping my cough was not confirmed.

I was prescribed some medicine at the hospital.
