私の"年がじょ"

明けましたお目出とうございます。（すみませんが、おそいです。）
今、私は日本語で話しにくい。でも、がんばります。
(I do not know how to word these next sentences at all, so, let's hope I get it close to right. :D )
みんなさんのたすけあうから、ありがとうございます。
私と日本語でれんしゅうから、ありがとうございます。
私と日本語で話すから、ありがとうございます。
昨年は大へんおせわになりありがとうございました。
(I got the first and last sentences from a website on 年がじょ.)
Anyway, for the sentences I was unsure of, I was trying to say: Thank you everyone for the help, as well as the practice and conversations in Japanese.
My school doesn't offer the third semester of Japanese in the Spring, so, I have to wait until Fall to continue my studies in school. However, I shall be studying it on my own until then. I've got a new kanji dictionary and an SRS program to help me study with. :D
My next blog will (hopefully) be in mostly Japanese, haha. My comprehension is going up but my ability to produce the language has been going down ever since I got out for break! Oh no!

まだ、私は日本語に慣れていません。
みんなさん、日本語を教えてくれてありがとうございます。
私と日本語でれんしゅうから、ありがとうございます。
私と日本語で話すから、ありがとうございます。「日本語を教えてくれてありがとうございます。」だけで十分に伝わると思います。

みなさん助けてくれて、ありがとうございます。(you want to say "Thankyoueveryoneforthehelp"?, I translated this phase, Is it OK?)
私の日本語でれんしゅうを手伝ってくれて、ありがとうございます。("aswellasthe practiceandconversationsinJapanese" means "日本語の練習と会話も同じように(助けてくれてありがとうございます). but, I think my corrective sentence is more normal in Japanese.... if you did not want to say that, please do not care)
独学での日本語の勉強は大変だと思いますが、頑張ってください。 見習って私も英語の勉強を頑張ります…

Is this a phrase from the website? If so, I guess it's a kind of jokes. We normally say "明けましてお目出とうございます", but I've heard that funny greeting before.
In this case, you're saying some greetings and they are little bit late so you can use that as a joke.
Let's encourage each other to continue studying languages!

abcさん：I used 年がじょ because I don't know the other kanji in the phrase yet, haha, but I will learn them. I forgot the site already, but I think it was Japan.about.com or something along those lines. The 明けましたお目出とうございます part was from the website, but I wrote the part in parenthesis because the month is almost half over already. 語の勉強をがんばって。
