Scone

Today, I tried to make scones. But weights and measures were so tricky!! I usually used the metric system and the centigrade scale in Japan, however I have to use "pound" and the Fahrenheit scale here. I put too much milk into dough :( So I added extra flour. So that, now, a lot of scones are in my kitchen! They may taste good, but I don't know how I can eat all of them...

Scones are English biscuits, I think. I put them into the freezer. :)
