Job hunting

Today's topic in my English school is job hunting by university student in Japan.
Japan company want to employ the man and woman like a white paper.
Such people is convenience for company because they can write somethings they want on white papers.
It means, it is easy to let works.
My teacher said " Some students have many great abilities , but many Japanese companies don't need that.Why?"
Please tell me the case of your country.
( I'm worry that I can explain about white papers.)

イギリスの場合は違うと思います。会社は経験者がほしい。そして大学のとき、学生がインターンを務めるの方がいい。
「white paper]を分かった＾＾。たぶん"blank, like a piece of white paper" のほうが明らかです。面白いのトピックですね。
