Have you tried to look for a group on Lang-8 that collects and post resources for learning English? I know there are some for learning other languages. I only know a few websites for learning English. Here they are: http://smart.fm and http://www.englishpod101.com/ I hope these websites help. For me, I sign up to dictionary websites that send me a new word everyday, perhaps you can find one that will send you vocabulary words. I know http://www.dictionary.com sends English words.
