I went to Kumagaya fan festival 7/22.(This year 7/20 to 7/22)
It's very famous festival in kita-kanto region.
This summer is very hot in japan. Kumagaya has best temperature in Japan.
This event is held every summer and Many people gather.
Another area made some flort. and then It's drawing on the main street.
This is "TRADITIONAL SUMMER EVENT OF JAPAN " I throught.

This company president Mikitani said,「Our company is using English everytime. Of course, business meeting, e-mail, small talk and so on. because our business are evolution all over the world. therefore we need to more communication skill onther country people. English is common language in the world. so we take this system adoption.」

I thought 「I agree with you」 I believe Einglish skill is very important.
Now I 've been to studying English well....6 years ago I started.
But my level is ....^^; anyway.. It's important 「go on studying English」for me.

(NPO Japan-Shogakko Instructors of English=J-Shine)
Last year (spring season) I started teaching program.
I believe that we should be early teaching of English .It's important.
A lot of Japanese very shy and they can't comunicate another country people. because of many Japanese children are First contact English when junior high school.
Anyway... Someday,I want to teaching English for some children.

Now I've been to go to big English conversation school. but The school is expensive. so I think of changing another school. The new school is resonable price.(private lesson ￥3,500 / hour)and I know him (teacher). because He was studying English in our company. He is very good teacher.

When I was watched Hideki Matsui , I said, WOW! He's cool.!!

I felt like It's different atomosphere japan baseball. Major League game is festival. A lot of people was enjoying stadium atmosphere.

2010, Matsui moved on Los Angels. All Japanese say, Red Godzilla.
I believe , Matsui will be activity in Los Angels .

Ryoma is my hero. because End of the Edo period, He changed Japan history. It's so cool and in those days he has flexible concept. I guess. in my opinion I might be a lot of politician has not flexible concept.I mean The politician make a model of Ryoma.

But Tenprature was terreable.and Snow condition isn't so good.
Maybe a lot of ski area is same. I think Spring season around the corner. If I have a chance I 'll go to Spring Ski.

By the way, I ate Goheimochi & Oyaki. That food Nagano recommend snack. taste so good!
