How can I change my circumstances

I've been working as an assistant or secretary for of my boss since I'd got transferred here about three years ago.

My section is the Advertizing group and it must be one of the most popular sections in my company.

There are little only a few employees who want to get a chance to work in the at advertising section no matter how much strong they really want to.

However in my case I got transferred here regardless of my desire thought.

I use to work in the at sales division and I think everything I learnt was from my customers.

Meeting the needs exsistence of our customers is what drove me to excell my willingness and cause of my action.

It's There is no doubt in my mind about this.

These past three years I've never worked towards meeting my customers.

This week was when another employment opportunity for me was personels change is supposed to become available be opened.

I expected that I would be transfered changed to another section in which I can work with feel customers more directly.

but However, after hearing that I would not be transfered I got so frustrated. (Avoid using And, But and Because at the start of your sentences)

I won't be changed.

I have to still bear the hardships that come with being in a job that doesn't appeal to me.

All I have done for these past three years was are make materials and carrying them to help my boss and to organize meetings. (The three years are in the past so you should use the past tense)

I made up my mind to find a new position on by my own.

I really want to work close to our customers. (Wanna is slang that should not be used in English writing)
