糟糕！！！我不知道这两个字！

I am having trouble finding the 拼音 for the following characters. (but becasue i dont know the pinyin, i cant find the character! i will have to describe them.)
First Character: has an "eye" radical for the main part, with a single "点" on top of the eye.
Second Character: is a radical in 记. it is the one shaped like a snake, or the number 2. it's not the speech radical, though.
please comment with the character an the meaning so i can use it! i know the two characters are used together in an expression. so if you also know the expression, then that would be very useful!
I know that it seems silly i am asking this, but we recently changed books in my class, and the new book doesnt have the characters from the old book. therefore, i cannot find characters i forgot.....
Help would be greatly appreciated!
