Last May this year, I lost my wallet while I was inside a bookstore.
I was reading a book about how to be in-service to the poor people.
Well maybe I was able to help someone during that time.
Inside my wallet are cash and my credit cards.
Imagine the horror I felt, when I found out that one of my credit card was illegally used.
I enrolled a feature in my cellphone, that every time it is use my cellphone will beep informing me about the transaction.
My cellphone beep, my card is being use, once, twice, trice.
Stupid me I should have been careful.
I called the card company to blocked my card, and gladly they did.
The following week I wrote a letter of dispute to the card company.
Even called them back, then they gave me the answer that it will take months for the investigation to finished.
So I was told I have to wait for some months, I did not imagined it will take this long, up to now it is still under investigation?
June, July, August, September, October, November, going December next month.
It is okay for me to wait, but every month upon checking my statement of accounts, those illegal transactions are incurring interest.
I called the credit card company, they say it is still under investigation.
They told me that the incurred interest will be reversed as soon as the investigation is over.
Until when will I get the answer, the customer service can not give an accurate deadline.
No definite answer, what if in the end the investigation says my dispute is not valid. I can not do anything but to pay the full amount plus the interest.
I just realized, the interest accumulated these past months is getting close to 1/4 of the disputed amount.
I am not satisfied with the credit card company's answer.
I felt that the credit card company don't value their clients.
So I made up my mind,
I am decided, I will cut the card, pay the amount I am disputing, although it is a little bit heavy in my pocket.

@ninki, thank you for the comment, attorney no need, it is partly my fault and the amount I am able to pay. I am just irritated with the slow action of the card company. it makes their service so bad. they just lose a good client.

@Mac i hope too something good will happen, but after that incident something good did happen ^^, which money can not buy ^^

@hanatyann it will be soon hopefully, by the way I am inviting you for an event on Dec 4, I will introduce you to some of my japanese friends,,, hehe buy tickets a concert tribute for the filipino youth, just 120 buy for me, with food and drink, plus ninki will perform ^^

Pasensya na kung ako ang tumira nito, ha. Isang araw na kasi ang lumipas at wala pa ring nagchecheck. Basic noun-verb agreement lang ang tinignan ko at hindi 'yung phrasing. Puwede kang gumanti't tirahin ang Tagalog ko sa mga entries ko hehehehe!
