I just got up.
After I came home,I often take a nap. To take a nap is too pleasant♪
But it is a cause not to be able to sleep soundly.
My patients also often takes a nap.So they cannot sleep at night.Of cause,the reason is not only that,but also room that is not accustomed.But first of all, I tell them "Do not sleep as much as possible in daytime". After saying it(After I came home),I take a nap...I am bad nurse(^_^;) !
