Playstation network has been closed because of Cracker's attack.
So I can't play with my friend who lives miles away over "ad hoc party" which enables us to play PSP's ad hoc mode using Playstation network.
Some news reported that 77 million personal information including credit card information leaked out by the attack.
My personal information may also leak out, but fortunately I've not used credit card in PS store.
Anyway I hope Playstation network recovers as soon as possible.

BTW, I heard some people in US have sued Sony for damages of the leak of personal information by class action.
How much will the damage be?

Hey Holmes, This news isn't terrible for me since I don't use the PSN... but it is pretty bad for Sony's reputation as a company. I hope they get it back together soon.

Hi, Kitsune. Thank you so much for your correcting which is really helpful.=)
Especially as for the word "Hacker", the attack was reported to be by "ハッカー" in Japan, but I thought you use the word "Cracker", when you want to emphasize on the illegality of the attack.

No problem man :D

Well "Cracker" could be used for someone who breaks into something physically like a "Safe Cracker" but a person who uses computer technology to gain access is almost always called a "hacker",

Thank you again.=) Now I see...The usage of "cracker" which I think to be right was just a "Japanese English"...orz

Hey!! It's been a while!!久しぶりですね!
This is definitely something hard for Sony to get under control. However, it seems they are doing the best they can. I received an e-mail from them a few days ago explaining the situation. Luckily I haven't used a credit card there either.
I don't really know anything about the lawsuit. I'm not sure how much it would be...
